what is echowood collective?
we’re an artist-led creative studio that specializes in storytelling from multiple disciplinary angles. learn more in our about page.
do you use ai in your creative work?
no. we really don’t fuck around with that dark sided stuff.
every original piece we make is hand crafted by humans using primitive technologies, literally starting with simple conversation, a vision, and pencil on paper. no ai generated images, music, edits, scripts, nothing. we believe using ai to create art in general is disrespectful and extremely wasteful, so we avoid it every chance we get.
what’s pricing like?
fully depends on the project – WE WORK WITH WHAT YOU CAN DO.
FOR BIGGER THINGS (Full Brand Identity for example, in the $$$$ range) we DO require a deposit first thing. beyond that, we offer flexible payment plans and an 8% discount if you pay in full up front.
can i see examples of your work?
yes, you can visit our archive of projects here, AS WELL AS PROCESS VIDEOS OF THINGS WE MAKE ON youtube . WE ALSO HAVE AN instagram BUT don’t USE IT much yet.
do you work remotely or do we need to be in the same place?
as a roaming studio, we are technically based on the world wide web and operate fully remotely. hq, however, is the washington dc metro (dmv) area.
How involved will I need to be during the project?
As much or as little as you want. we thoroughly map our processes between team members and provide regular check-ins to clients so you’re never in the dark.
can i license your existing work?
Yes! We have a growing catalog of creative assets available for licensing.
