Creative services
All creative service engagements require a signed contract and deposit before work begins. Once work has commenced, deposits and payments made are non-refundable. This applies to all services including brand identity, photography, videography, illustration, and music production.
If a project is cancelled by the client before work begins, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued within 14 business days, provided written notice of cancellation is received before the agreed project start date.

Shop purchases
Digital products such as fonts and downloadable files are non-refundable once downloaded. For physical products such as prints and photo books, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us at hello@echowoodcollective.com with photographic evidence of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Exceptions
We understand that circumstances vary and we are committed to handling each situation with care and fairness. If you have a concern not covered here, please reach out directly and we will do our best to find a reasonable resolution.

Echowood Collective provides creative services including brand identity, photography, videography, illustration, design, and music production. All service engagements are governed by a separate client contract which takes precedence over these general terms.
Intellectual property
All work created by Echowood Collective remains the intellectual property of Echowood Collective until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of final payment, ownership transfers to the client as outlined in the applicable client contract. Echowood Collective retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shop and digital products
Fonts and digital products purchased from our shop are licensed for personal use only unless a commercial license is explicitly stated at the time of purchase. Redistribution, resale, or modification of digital products without written permission is prohibited.
